“Fractional Interest”

There is little doubt that 'fractional ownership' is here to stay. Every session on this emerging 'timeshare' development was packet to capacity. From Malta to China the talk is fractional!

My talks with the Island Hotel Group before I left Malta for USA revealed that the penthouse suites at the recently opened Golden Bay Resort are earmarked for fractional sales. Last month we touched on the fractional ownership of RV Motor Homes. Unquestionably to my mind the best is yet to come. Fractional ownership of a luxury liner!

First I want to congratulate David Clifton of Interval International (London) on the exciting session he chaired on the “China Dream”.One of the problems with the ARDA bash is, for me anyway, the sessions you most want to attend ofttimes clash and I am forced to rely on their excellent session CD recordings. - before a brush with cancer necessitated my return to USA. My desire to return to that magnificent country was heightened as I listened to the future plans and growth of our industry there.
